Hello friend! I am so proud of you for taking the first step in your healing journey. My name is Caitlin and I am so happy you are here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in working with survivors of emotional and psychological trauma, ruptured attachment wounds from childhood, grief and stress management due to transitional stages of life. I am both warm and empathic with a very direct approach to therapy. Every session would be devoted to meeting your needs and building a treatment plan that facilitates and encourages active involvement in the treatment process and strides toward personal growth and self awareness. Although new beginnings can be frightening, you are not starting this journey from scratch. You are going to embark on a new path full life experience and this time, you are not traveling alone.
