Hello friend! I am so proud of you for taking the first step in your healing journey. My name is Caitlin and I am so happy you are here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist  dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their mental, physical and spiritual growth. I specialize in working with grief, ruptured attachment wounds, women's issues and relationship challenges. I am both warm and empathic with a very direct approach to therapy. Every session would be devoted to self exploration, your relationship to others and a treatment plan that facilitates and encourages active involvement and growth. 

My greatest passion is working with clients who are motivated and self-determined to make changes toward living a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.  Although new beginnings can be frightening, you are not starting this journey from scratch. You are going to embark on a new path full life experience and this time, you are not traveling alone.
